Claire & Drew’s White Rock wedding took place near Drew’s family home over looking the ocean. It was a gorgeous September afternoon, filled with warm sunshine and not a cloud in the sky. We started with a first look at the home before moving to Redwood Park for the wedding photos.
Claire and Drew first started dating in high school. Most of the wedding party was made up of friends that have been there since the beginning of their relationship. As we passed their high school on the way to Redwood Park, the guys teased the couple and reminisced about when Drew finallllly asked Claire out. Drew’s mother, Amber, highlighted to me that they (the group) are really more like family than friends.
Since they first became an item they have supported one another as they went to university, travelled europe and now are finally married. They are a lovely couple and working with them has been a joy from start to finish.
Congrats to Claire and Drew and thank you to your family and friends that welcomed us so kindly. A special thanks to everyone who helped to make this day so wonderful, including my dear friend Janice at Precious Pear, who created incredible florals for the day of. Thank you to the Washington Avenue Grill and the officiant who were nothing short of wonderful to work with. Finally, thank you to Adam and Hayley for helping me out!
