Winnie & Hectors UBC Boathouse wedding was a dream come true.
Winnie started the day in a traditional Chinese gown – when we arrive, she changed into an incredible Allure gown from Lisa’s Bridal in New Westminster. She dressed in a adorable pink Hello Kitty wedding shoes as a way of appreciating her love for cats. her two cats: Chopper and Miffy who could not be there to celebrate :). The florals for the day were incredible. They were designed by my dear friend, Janice at Precious Pear.
The weather was perfect for the portraits that we took at Minoru Park in Richmond! Winnie brought adorable pink umbrellas to add to the mix and to ward off the rain. We then headed off to the ceremony and reception venue at UBC Boathouse. The ceremony was beautiful – lots of tear – even Hector shed a few. The reception was followed by a cocktail hour where Winnie & Hector relaxed with their family and friends.
I’m so excited to share these images. It was really hard to narrow it down. I’ve tried something new to accomodate my inability to choose :).
Hope you guys LOVE the images as much as I do! Thank you so much for having me be apart of your beautiful wedding day. It was sucha hoy to work with you both this year.
