Hey there! Thanks for stopping by! My name is Lyndsay!

I am a full on geeky girl with three nerdy post-secondary degrees that I heart PLUS I have a for-serious passion for photography. The things I love in this life the most include my husband, Adam, our cat, Princess, psychology, sunshine, travel, reading, earl gray tea, and poutine. Yes, poutine. When I 'm not shooting weddings and portraits, I'm often spending time with Adam, teaching at a local college, or curled up reading a novel somewhere.

I fell in love with photography a few years ago (taking pictures with my yee ol' point and shoot). After a lot of thinking about the things I love, and being completely inspired by incredible photographers, I decided to give my dreams the attention they deserve. And I did just that. This is the official third year of my business and I couldn't be more thrilled!

My biggest supporter is my main squeeze - Adam. You might meet him on a shoot or on the blog where I spill the beans on our life together. He's an amazing husband who big time helps with this little adventure I like to call Lyndsay London Photography... and the even BIGGER adventure that I call LIFE!

With that said, if our paths should cross - and I hope they do - I am determined to take photographs that you will absolutely love for a lifetime and... well, even have some fun together while taking them.

Morgan Creek Golf Club Wedding | Larisa & Michael

Larisa & Michael held their wedding at Morgan Creek Golf Club on Saturday, September the 8th, 2012. The day offered full and beautiful sunshine. Not bad at all for a September day.

We started the day at Larisa & Michael’s beautiful home, where Larisa got ready with her parents and her bridesmaids. The girls looked stunning in their deep purple dresses from David’s Bridal. Larisa was beyond gorgeous in her Maggie Sorreto lace gown. We then made our way to Surrey City hall for some quick portraits of the girls before the ceremony at the club. The girls are such a great group – and were an absolute joy to photograph.

The ceremony was held in the late afternoon at Morgan Creek. As Larisa walked down the isle with her father and step father, Michael was fully moved. His expressions were priceless. It’s no doubt this was THE greatest moment for him. Michael’s sister also provided a beautiful short reading during the ceremony, and then, at last, Larisa and Michael were officially announced as husband and wife. The weddings photos were take on site and at Stewart Farm. A beautiful and quaint little location by Crescent beach.

The reception was filled with beautiful speeches, games, and a lovely slideshow. Thank you Larisa & Michael for having me and my team photograph your wedding day. it was an absolute pleasure. A special thanks to Larisa & Michael’s lovely family and friends for welcoming us and to all the vendors for making this day extra special.

I’m beyond excited to share these images. The past two weeks for me has been extremely challenging with multiple serious health issues taking place in my family. Working on the images was a constant reminder of how beautiful things happen in life too and how wonderful family truly is. Thank you Michael and Larisa for your patience.
