Katherine & Jun met at church a few years ago. They actually met at the very same church that Julie & Jae, one of my fav 2011 couples, met at. You see, Julie is Katherine’s sister and Jae is her new brother in law! Well, Jun was Jae’s good friend, and Jun secretly had quite the crush on Katherine. Even so, they didn’t start dating at that time…
Last Fall however, at Julie & Jae’s Teahouse Stanley Park wedding, Katherine & Jun got to talking and pretty soon after, they gave dating a try and made their relationship official. Katherine says, once they were dating, she knew almost immediately that she would be spending the rest of her life with Jun. And so, Jun proposed to Katherine in Tofino.
Katherine and Jun will marry this September 2012 in Korea. They will travel to Hong Kong and Bali for their honeymoon. It’s going to be awesome!
Last night we shot their engagement session In Burnaby at Deer Lake Park at Sunset. It was a beautiful evening. I adore this couple and this session.
