Amsterdam 2012

Amsterdam was our third stop on our trip to Europe this past April/May. We stayed at a beautiful apartment and walked and rode the canal buses everywhere we went. We found Amsterdam was indeed beautiful and we ate a lot of great food. It was however, freezing cold. I loved the Anne Frank House, the tulips, the cats that lived in the shops and restaurants, and the narrow streets. Scroll down and you will note we were not to only ones who thought this. In case you missed it, prior to Amsterdam we hit London and Paris. Enjoy and up next will be Rome.
We checked out Heineken Experience to escape the cold. The middle photo is not Anne Frank’s house – it’s the square next to it.Waiting in line to see Anne Frank’s House. I wore my Tom’s Shoes all over Europe. A great decision. It was VERY cold. And of course, this happens to be the only picture I have of me from my camera!

You are a cute, upside-down Dutch girl!

What I most want to know is: At the Coffee Shop are they trying to free caged Adams, or are they giving away free Adam? Just what are we to make of this?

Oh, and the sign that shows Adam is thinking of walking away. How do we get him to have signs like that all the time? It would be very handy for knowing what he – or others – are thinking.

That apartment looks fabulous!
