Keri and John | Stanley Park Wedding

I heart Keri and John!!!! They are so sweet and warm and welcoming. I’m not messing around here when I say this! My heart melts when I think of the wonderful ceremony, family, and friends I had the pleasure of spending Wednesday afternoon with!

The venue was outstanding – the Teahouse at Stanley Park at Ferguson Point. It made for an incredible wedding venue! Bright, cozy, and delishhh – with views to die for. The staff was super kind and super professional. Loved em’!

The wedding was incredibly intimate – with just a few very close friends and family. Everyone – except me – had cute accents too! I felt like I was at a quaint little British wedding. You might guess that these beautiful people ain’t from around here. I feel so blessed to have been invited to join Keri and John on their big day. Thank you both from the bottom of my big mooshy heart for sharing such an incredible love!!

Keri has the warmest heart and I knew it the first ever email I got from her. She is lovely. I can’t wait to show you!!! I want to put her in my pocket and keep her forever. And John – a sweet and loving husband – I can tell, adores her to bits!

Keri and John, may you enjoy a lifetime of love an happiness together – you are truly deserving of such wonderful things!

xoxo

Lindsay and Mike | Maternity

I met Lindsay and Mike last year at a hilarious murder mystery party at a mutual friend’s place. Lindsay did an amazing job at her role… in fact, she was so amazing, she won the award for best acting. I think the vote was pretty unanimous. She totally deserved it! Hilarious. Well it caught me by surprise that she and Mike are having a baby in just a few weeks! A very good surprise! They are super sweet together. Lots of love between them. They will make lovely parents. The baby is due mid August and a few weeks after that we’ll meet again for some pics. Mike highlighted that it would be nice to wait until the baby has a head shape that isn’t too cone like. Lol. Sounds like a plan!

Weekend

Neat things exist in the world.

Things that don’t object to me taking their (it’s?) picture.

Because things don’t object. So it makes it easy.

Things like these, are also good at holding a pose.

Does that count as a haiku?

Work it.

I love yellow! It’s warm and fun and honest.

Adam’s shoes – Adam reads on a bench while I shoot his shoes. I know what you’re thinking. What an interesting life this girl leads! Ha. I find it interesting. At least I am amusing one of us.Train bridge. We (the train bridge and I) have our differences, but despite those challenges, I think it is cute with it’s little blue train house.

Not a thing. Just me. That’s me at my SFU stomping ground. Where I spend my days. Adam took it. I never object to photos or putting on my “look good for the camera” smile and pose face (aka – head tilt to the right, place body on angle, and say “cheese”).
