Portraits | Min

Ta – da! Here they are!

Last Saturday’s photos of Min that is! Ain’t she purdy? Wow.

It was an incredible day! So warm and flowery outside – there was even a wedding taking place at the Hart House Restaurant. Perfecto! I can hardly wait for warm summer days!

Yep! We took the photos in Deer Lake Park which has a good number of neat old buildings and twisty trees. The tree at the end is like a branch hammock. No really, it’s rather comfortable.

I’m going to leave it at that for today.  Min, it was truly a pleasure, you are as wonderful and beautiful as ever!

Burnaby Photography – Min’s Portraits (Sneak Peek)

Happy Monday!!!

I’m excited for the full post of the incredibly beautiful and humble Min, but for now, I want to share just two of my favourites of the session. I don’t like to keep clients waiting! So far I have always had session up within 24 hours… I just loved how our wedding photographer Jamie Delaine was so quick. I want to emulate that too because it meant a lot to me.

But why? I DO have a good reason, I swear :)!!! I am wrapping up my Master’s degree – it’s been three long years! – and at the end we write a massive exam that covers ALL three years of material! Eep!!!! Wow, that got me a little anxious. *Deep breathing*.

I will post the rest when I am back from the depths of my  studying and the exam this upcoming weekend.

Hope you love them!

Vancouver Wedding Photography – Lana and Ben

Act I – Scene I – Wow what a day! When I left my humble abode to meet with Lana and Ben at Granville Island for their engagement photos it was absolutely raining cats and dogs! The windshield wipers on my car were on the crazy time setting… I was pretty sure that this shoot was going to be a wet one. But that’s no matter. I knew we would still have fun and get some great shots. Rain shmain.

Act I – Scene II – Well, upon arrival I pulled into the perrrfect parking spot (woo whooo!) and as I stepped out of the car no joke the sun started shinning! Are you kidding me right now?

Act II – Scene I – Enter the famously beautiful Lana and her dapper husband to be Ben! They were looking totally fab in their high fashion gear, complete with colour, I might add, and totally rearing to go! These two love birds met back in Toronto and after spending one whirling and wonderful week together while Lana was in town, they decided it was meant to be. Ben packed up his things just a short while later and moved himself to BC. Now they are engaged and all set to be married in July! The rest, as they say, is history.

I had a great day with this fun and relaxed pair and I wish you both all the best with your upcoming Vancouver wedding in July!!!!!

Act III – Scene I – The pictures. Tee hee hee! So much colour and cuteness. I love it!

Hope you both love them!
