My name is Lyndsay and I am a Vancouver Wedding Photographer. But that's not all...

I am also a wife, a daughter, a friend, a teacher, a counsellor, and more! I am a full on geeky girl with three nerdy post-secondary degrees that I heart PLUS I have a for-serious passion for photography. The things I love in this life the most include my husband, Adam, our cat, Princess, psychology, sunshine, travel, reading, earl gray tea, and poutine. I try not to take myself too seriously and I am always working on my life goal of being a better person. When I 'm not shooting, I'm often spending time with Adam, teaching or curled up reading a novel somewhere.

I fell in love with photography a few years ago (taking pictures with my yee ol' point and shoot). After a lot of thinking about the things I love, and being completely inspired by incredible photographers, it only seemed natural that I give my dreams the attention they deserve. And I did. This is the official third year of my business and I couldn't be more thrilled!

Anywho, long story short, I got my first digital SLR two full years ago (her name is London) and have been snap happy ever since. My biggest supporter is my main squeeze - Adam. You might meet him on a shoot or on the blog where I spill the beans on our life together. He's an amazing husband who big time helps with this little adventure I like to call Lyndsay London Photography... and the even BIGGER adventure that I call LIFE!

With that said, if our paths should cross - and I hope they do, I am determined to take photographs that you will absolutely love for a lifetime and... well, even have some fun together while taking them.

Vancouver Wedding Photography – Jamie and Jarrett

Jamie and Jarrett currently reside in Kelowna but happened to be in town for a visit to the Vancouver Olympics! They have tickets to the closing ceremonies. Yep. Lucky pair.

Jamie contacted me for photos during their visit in Stanley Park. I was happy to schedule in the shoot!

Not only are they totally cute, they are totally nice! It really was great meeting both Jamie and Jarrett. In fact, I have lots of important Jamies in my life and I find that almost every one of them I have ever known are pretty much my favorite people. That basically guaranteed that I would love Jamie and Jarrett. And, I did!

Cute for days these two are. I think I said cute on the shoot…. for days!!! Oh, and super creative! I love when clients are like “Hey! That might look cool!” And I’m like “Yeah let’s do it!”. I guess I had a lot of fun ;)!

Vancouver Portrait Photography – Carla and Tom

Oh Carla and Tom…

These two are TOO cute. I almost cried trying to select my very favourite pictures of these two – so to spare myself the pain, I made the post massive… sorry slow computers :).

Carla has the most incredible “smize” (smile with the eyes – thanks Tyra Banks) that I have ever seen. Ever! Her smize (tee hee hee) is ALWAYS on… since the very day I first met her. And I gotta tell ya, I totally heart it. Big time. And, um, Tom… He is a for serious man model! What? Yep. So true. So true. See for yourself…

Tom and Carla are two of the most amazing people to know. So positive. So supportive. So fun. I am so thankful from the bottom of my heart to call them my friends, and for the wonderful afternoon we spent together today. I loved capturing the two of you, being, well, you!
